Crash Donovan plot
"Daredevils of the Highway Patrol!"
Johnny Allen, 'Alabam' Thomas and Doris Tennyson, who is in love with Johnny, visit a carnival to watch 'Crash' Donovan perform stunts with his motorcycle. Johnny and Alabam are members of the traffic police. After the performance, Crash, who knows Johnny's brother from the war, is introduced by Alabama. Doris asks Crash to join the traffic police, where her father, Captain Tennyson, is in charge. She believes his daring can be of use there. That same night, however, Crash becomes involved in a crime.
