Cowboys Janken Ook plot

Sven and Gijs are each other's best friends. They are eighteen, inseparable, just out of high school and full of dreams for the future. They live a carefree and carefree existence, until one evening Sven inadvertently provokes a violent fight, which causes Gijs to end up in a coma. Sven struggles with enormous guilt and the fear of losing his best friend forever. When Gijs wakes up from his coma, it gives Sven the hope he needs to win him back.
