Così Ridevano plot
Giovanni is an uneducated worker from southern Italy who visits his brother Pietro in Turin, where he is training to become a teacher. Giovanni believes Pietro is the family's only hope of getting out of poverty and works hard to support his brother so he can focus on his studies. Over time, however, Giovanni becomes disillusioned when Pietro begins to prioritize personal ambitions.
