Confidencia plot

A renowned surgeon feels great remorse for the death of a woman years ago and, to clear his conscience, tells his best friend. However, this trust creates a mutual dependence between the two, as they feel that the life of one is in the hands of the other. Their mutual distrust grows when both fall in love with the same woman, the overwhelming Sara Montiel, who embodies the curse to hasten the demise of both men.
