Confession plot

After the wedding ceremony, Bob and Mary leave for their honeymoon. However, during the trip, they are attacked and robbed of all their belongings, including their wedding rings. At the hotel, because they cannot prove their identity, they are viewed with suspicion by the receptionist, who allows them to sleep in the lobby lounge, because they cannot prove that they are married. During the night, Bob hears a scream. He runs into a room and discovers a murdered woman. No one believes his version. On the contrary, he is arrested for the crime, tried and convicted. Mary does not let it rest.
