Communion plot

Sara works from her home during the lockdown and helps people who are in trouble due to COVID-19. Her husband Kais is constantly on anti-psychotic medication, but his supply is depleted. Outside, the city is a ghost town. How will they survive this confinement without falling into depression? Can their marriage ever be normal again?
