Sociology professor Steve McInter conducts a survey, at Collins University, on the lifestyle of young people. Some citizens object to this research when they find out that part of it is about sex. When reporter Betty Ducayne receives an anonymous tip that the good professor is destroying the youth, his past resurfaces and all hell breaks loose.
