Code 37 plot
A well-known writer is assaulted in a sex cinema. He had a date there with Roos, a young student who works as a prostitute. It soon becomes clear that more students are active in prostitution. Enough reason for Hannah and her team to go undercover at club Sin City, a haven for anyone who shuns the daylight and for girls who pick up their clients. When Hannah and her team discover that the owner of both the sex cinema and Sin City is Rose's uncle, the whole thing takes a personal turn. In the first place for Hannah, because she knows better than anyone how heavy family secrets can weigh...

A longer developed episode of the series (which is good), but it didn't have to be. I would have liked it more if they had jumped into the loose ends of the second season a little more and divided their time between them. Like the serious accident of Hannah (she must have been dead anyway and in the film she doesn't have a scratch anymore...) and that Hannah's father had sent a text message for help (nothing will be sent there, but also nothing more to say about it: very sorry.
Too bad this has become a movie and not just a double episode in the series.

Incredibly weak script. Two attacks happen after which the investigation (?) sinks into a lot of muddled side stories that if they are not clichéd, then very unlikely.
Disappointed, especially to find an actress like Veerle Baetens in this.

As a separate film I would have appreciated this less because it lacks cohesion, but to have seen it as episode 1 and 2 of season 3 of the series of the same name Code 37 (Series, 2009 - 2012) this one scores just as high for me as the series itself. See my opinion on the series.
