Circle of Deceit plot

A young woman, Terry (Janine Turner), is married to a wealthy successful lawyer. When he cheats on her for the umpteenth time, she runs off, taking their son with them. But her husband doesn't give up and uses all his power and tricks, legal and illegal, to get his son back. Someone also begins to threaten her anonymously and Terry naturally suspects her husband. She is then ambushed by her best friend - who turns out to be having an affair with her husband - making it seem as if Terry wants her husband killed by a hit man. When Terry finds out, she fakes her own death to get revenge.
