Cartas del Parque plot

Matanzas, Cuba 1913. The story of two enamored young people who are too shy to meet. They communicate through love letters and independently hired a local poet for this. The poet writes the letters to earn some extra money, but also because he has such an outlet for the love he feels within himself but which he cannot express. After a while, when he falls in love with the couple's wife, he is confused and faces a moral and emotional dilemma.
