Carl Peters plot

The German Carl Peters, who lives with his uncle, has been planning major colonization from an early age. Through his friend, Doctor Jühlke, he learns of plans to establish a German colony. However, the plans are rejected, after which Peters decides to travel to Africa independently. At an African tribe he discovers that the tribe is led by the English. He travels back to Berlin. Back in Berlin, Carl Peters is demoted to Reichskommissar, and he tries to convince the government that they should colonize in Africa.
