Carga Sellada plot

High in the Bolivian Andes, several freight containers are discovered with potentially toxic chemicals. Local police officer Mariscal is soon assigned the task of smuggling the containers to neighboring Chile. He uses an old train to transport the toxic waste from Bolivia, but ends up going from one problem to another, starting with the local townspeople who know what's on the train and want to stop it.
