Action film in which, once again, corruption within the police is presented.
Not very well constructed. The coherence between the successive scenes was often disappointing. Sometimes seemed like separate trailers.
What is most memorable is the cynical way in which the gangster boss looks down on the civil servant who, for a modest fee and against corruption, puts his life on the line to fight crime. The final scene is very telling.

Reasonable film about two vice cops in Los Angeles. Not really a story, but more the daily cases that the two cops have to deal with. Despite the fact that enough happens, the film is a bit long-winded. Excellent camera and location work. Just under 3.5 stars.
