Bulutlari Beklerken plot
The story is about Ayse. She was born under the name Eleni and lived in a Turkish village in Tirebolu. After losing her only relative, her sister, she is confronted with her past. Having fled Turkey when she was 10 years old, she and her brother Niko witnessed the death of their parents. Elini's strong willpower then keeps her alive and she ends up with a Turkish family who adopt her. Niko, on the other hand, prefers to be admitted to an orphanage. For fifty years Ayse has lived in guilt for leaving her brother Niko behind. When Selma, her "sister" from the adopted family, dies, her past resurfaces. Also living in her village is an eight-year-old boy who discovers that Ayse and a local stranger have certain similarities in their history...
