Bu Neng Mei You Ni plot

Li Wu-hisung lives on the coast in Taiwan with his small daughter. He has no job and to make ends meet he takes very risky work on boats. When his daughter comes of age to go to school, he registers her properly, as befits a good father. However, Child Welfare decides that it is in the child's best interests to remove Li Wu-hisung from parental authority and relocate his daughter elsewhere. Li Wu-hisung will do anything to get her back.
