Brother's Keeper plot
Yusuf and his best friend Memo are students at a boarding school for Kurdish boys. The building is secluded in the mountains of Eastern Anatolia. When Memo becomes mysteriously ill, Yusuf must struggle through the bureaucratic hurdles of the school's repressive authorities to help his friend. But by the time the responsible adults finally realize the seriousness of Memo's condition and attempt to take him to the hospital, the school is covered in a sudden, heavy snowfall.
