"Graffiti Can Be A Powerful Weapon"

Blest, a 19-year-old graffiti artist, has just finished school. He doesn't really have a goal for work and career and he and his friends are spraying the city with graffiti, leaving the NYPD Vandal Squad after them. The boys become notorious and even appear in the media. After one of them is molested by the police, they declare war on the police.
