Bokura no Hôteishiki plot

A group of students are locked in their school in the middle of the night. Below is Shinpei, who is working on a model train with two of his friends Tomio and Yuuki. They make this model train for a competition that starts the next day. However, Shinpei is totally distracted; he finally mustered up the courage to send a love letter to the prettiest girl in school.
