Bounty hunter Bill Bailey always has a lot of money in his pocket to regularly pay off criminals here and there. He has quite a few criminal friends and the necessary enemies in the judiciary. For example, her current boyfriend gets them to steal some stocks, if he is caught Bailey can finally get him out easily...
