Blast-Off Girls plot
"It's What's Happening, Baby!"
Untrustworthy music promoter Boojie Baker convinces a pop band to work for him. He arranges gigs, record deals and wins the band's loyalty by arranging groupies. He knows how to create the latest music sensation; The Big Blast. The band, on the other hand, starts to find it more and more annoying, because Boojie puts most of the money in his pocket. When they want to leave Boojie, he gets them into trouble with the law. He wants to help them, but then they have to sign his contract.
