Bian Zou Bian Chang plot

An old teacher gives his blind disciple a magical description that will give the boy back his sight, provided he dedicate his life to music and break a thousand strings on his banjo. On the deathbed of his master, the boy swears that one day he will be able to see the world and from that moment on he travels from village to village to entertain the villagers with his songs.
