Beyond My Reach plot

Two friends, director Christopher Brookes and screenwriter Alex Gower, have had some success with their films in Australia. When there appears to be interest from America, they leave for Hollywood. The film world there appears to be different than what they are used to. The problems they encounter could cost them their friendship.
