Beschreibung eines Sommers plot

Summer is hot and dry and without much variation for Tom Breitsprecher. During his vacation he has a short affair here and there and in the end he is overjoyed to return to Berlin. He quickly rushes back, because his friend Schibulla can arrange a construction project for them in Schwedt. Schibulla knows that Tom is an excellent construction engineer, but also knows and fears Tom's enormous love for women. But all the good advice doesn't seem to affect him, whether on political or moral issues...
