Bergfest plot

A weekend in the Alps. The 25-year-old actor Hannes unexpectedly finds his father in the mountain hut of the family, with whom he has had no contact for eight years. But the graying theater director seems to have changed under the influence of his youthful girlfriend Lavinia and so Hannes gets to know his father in a completely different way. Even Hannes' girlfriend Ann tries to penetrate the superficial relationship between father and son, where she hopes to find the key to her own relationship problems with Hannes. But the road leads to new, cautious frontiers, and all four of them will soon be confronted with their own inner depths.
