Beatrice Cenci plot

Italy at the end of the sixteenth century. Count Francesco Cenci, a rude and violent man, has been sentenced to seven months in exile in the remote fortress of Abruzzo for debt. Like a true tyrant, he demands that members of his family accompany him, which in particular causes serious damage to daughter Beatrice. The girl is forced to leave her boyfriend to follow her cruel father.
