Barrio Cuba plot

Portrait of a society looking for a way to find happiness in the difficult social and economic conditions in contemporary Havana. The film tells the stories of Magalis, a nurse, the passionate relationship between El Chino and Vivian and Maria's return to her family in Havana. Barrio Cuba follows these residents of a neighborhood in Havana where they are confronted with the harsh reality, but who never lose hope of a better future or of regaining love.
