Bailey's Mistake plot

"Tonight, one family will leave the past behind and begin the adventure of a lifetime."

An embittered widow (Linda Hamilton) discovers that her husband has bought an island with their savings just before his death. When she goes to see the island with her son and daughter and tries to sell it, it turns out that her husband has left an unforgettable impression here. He turns out to have grown up on the island and had a special gift for healing animals. He probably passed this gift on to his son, who makes miraculous things happen from the moment they arrive on the island. The local population, who at first was very stiff, suddenly turns out to be very hospitable...
