Bach in Brazil plot

Former music teacher Marten Brückling receives the surprising news that he has inherited an original score by Johann Sebastian Bach from an old childhood friend. This friend had been living in Brazil for quite some time. To get his hands on the precious piece, Marten has to travel personally to South America. Marten flies to Brazil, receives the sheet music and is almost on his way home when his belongings are stolen, along with his papers and the sheet music. The only person who can help him is Candido, a Brazilian who speaks German and works in a juvenile detention center.
