Ausência plot

Serginho is 14 years old. This boy is no longer a child, but not yet a grown man. We follow Serginho in his new role as man of the house, while he takes care of his mother and brother. We see him at work on the market. We see his friendship with Mudinho and Silvinha and see Serginho's confusing -affective or sexual- relationship with a teacher. The film depicts the changes in a boy's life.
