Au Bord du Monde plot
25-year-old Alexia starts her internship as a nurse in the closed ward of a psychiatric hospital. She is trained by head nurse Joëlle, who teaches her the tricks of the trade. Nevertheless, Alexia ignores her well-intentioned advice to guard her professional boundaries. That is how she becomes friends with 20-year-old patient Mila, who in all her anger is convinced that she does not belong here. Alexia increasingly loses her grip on reality and wants to help her new friend escape.
