A group of black revolutionaries are secretly preparing an uprising to overthrow the corrupt federal government and the capitalist system that thrives on their oppression. One of the participants in the underground revolution is Jita-Hadi, whose political awareness grows during a post-Watts uprising that leads to martial law.
