Aria plot

Since the death of his wife, piano tuner Ota has been silent almost permanently, but even before that he didn't speak much. When she spoke prophetically of her impending death, he refused to look at a photo of the beach where she wanted him to scatter her ashes. One day, an old puppeteer appears with a scary, realistic, female mannequin named Aria. The sick man is looking for the piano his (Ota's) wife played to accompany his performances, and asks Ota to locate it. When the man dies, Ota decides to start the search anyway, if only to find the beach that was so important to his wife. Just as he is about to leave, a mysterious young lady joins him. She claims to be the puppeteer's daughter.
