Arashi wo Yobu Jûhachinin plot
Experienced shipyard worker Shimazaki is offered by his boss to live for free in the company's seaside retirement home, provided he keeps things going. Once there, he discovers that this also means that he has a group of unhinged youngsters under his wing, something in which he turns out to be less successful. He is about to give up, but Noru, the bartender's daughter, keeps him from doing so. One day she is raped by one of the boys.
