Allemaal Tuig! plot

After making the Bloemenwijk unsafe for a year, Anja, Monne, Wijnand and Bart are arrested by the police together with other youth gang members. The parents are not happy with this and a discussion arises about how the young people should be guided. After consultation with the parents, the local residents and the young people themselves, they are assigned a cross-country field and their own hangout spot in the community center. In this way it is hoped that the nuisance will be limited to the moment that they have to appear before the juvenile court. Although things go well for a while, the youths are evicted from the community center and they decide to squat down an empty police station nearby. The Bloemenwijkers are fed up, they have experienced enough misery from the 'scum' and protest. It is now up to the municipality whether it will give the young people permission to remain in the old police post, despite the resistance of the neighbourhood.
