Eayshat Lam Taeud Qadiratan Ealaa Altayaran plot
Aisha, a 29-year-old Somali Muslim, works as a nurse for elderly patients and lives in Ain Shams: a neighborhood in Cairo where Africans of different nationalities live and where tensions exist between the different groups. Besides her work, Aisha is involved in activities with the Somali community. She feels pressured by her boring job, chronic insomnia and an abandoned microbus under her house where an Egyptian gang stacks their drugs and does illegal business. She is also stuck in a loveless relationship with Abdoun, a troubled Egyptian cook who is involved with an Islamist group.
