Aglaja plot
At the time of Ceausescu, a Hungarian-Romanian circus family flees to the west via Hungary. There, clown Tandarica, his wife Sabina and little Aglaja seek to join a circus troupe. To get a contract, Sabina buys an act for a lot of money, in which she has to perform acrobatic feats attached to her. Little Aglaja is terrified every night. One day she is separated from her parents by the authorities because she has to go to school.
