"Watch the misfortune of the miserable... uncensored"

Two filmmakers visit impoverished parts of Bogotá and Cali in their search for repulsive images, which they then want to use for a documentary for German television. Meanwhile, another camera shows how these ''vampiristic'' filmmakers exploit the misfortune of their marginalized protagonists.
