AfterLife plot

Kenny Brogan (Kevin McKidd) is an aspiring journalist working on a story about a doctor suspected of helping terminally ill patients who want to end their lives. On the eve of a big break, he learns that his mother (Lindsay Duncan) is dying. He is summoned again to return to his hometown from which he used to leave so desperately. Now he can't help but care for his sister Roberta (Paula Sage), who has Down syndrome.
