A Woman's Woman plot

After 20 years of marriage, Densie Plummer comes to realize that the only pride her family has for her is her cooking skills. In fact, Kenneth, her youngest son, is the only family member she can rely on. While John, her husband, struggles financially, Denise opens a teahouse, flourishes and soon becomes prominent in club circles. Her newfound independence causes disagreement with her husband and children.
