A Woman in New York plot

Summer 2011 in New York. Two men drive around town after being paid to follow a woman. They're not sure who she is, but they know better than to figure out where the money is coming from. Their mood soon changes when they discover that another car is also following the woman. Then they lose track and they panic. They realize that they must find her at all costs, regardless of who the people in the other car are.
