A Song for Tomorrow plot

Derek was injured in the war and requires surgery in the hospital. When he wakes up, his memory is gone. He no longer recognizes his fiancée Helen and his mother is also a stranger to him. Four years later, Derek plays the piano in a club and Helen performs there as a singer one night. Suddenly he recognizes her voice! It turns out that Helen's voice is all he can remember from before his surgery. His doctor encourages her to spend time with Derek on an eventual recovery.
