A Matéria Noturna plot

Jaiane is a woman in her thirties who works as an Uber driver in Vitória, a coastal city in Brazil. Aissa, a Mozambican sailor, spends several days in the city after a technical problem on his freighter. Jaiane feels lonely and lost, Aissa tries to get a real experience on solid ground. When they meet in a bar, an unconventional story of passion ensues.
