A Man's Fight plot
Roger is the son of the wealthy David Carr. Roger's sister, Ethel, becomes involved with Norman Evans, who is parasitic on others, and one night he attacks her in her father's drawing room. A shot is fired and Robert runs to the drawing room, where he finds Ethel bent over Evans' dead body. Roger takes the blame and ends up in jail, while the distraught Ethel flees to a monastery.
