A Hobo's Christmas plot

"The best thing about Christmas is Family..."

It's almost Christmas and this is reason enough for Chance, who has been an engine driver for twenty-five years, to make another attempt to get his family together. Charlie, his son, is a single father with two young children. He has never been able to forgive his father for not letting himself be heard for such a long time. But because it's Christmas, he still lets him visit and the old man wins the love of his grandchildren with his stories about the life of a vagabond. In the end, Charlie also gives in and it becomes a Christmas they will all never forget.
