A Hero on Horseback plot

"Rootin', Shootin', Tootin' Hoot is a whirlwind of action."

Billy Garford borrows $500 from rancher JD Starbuck and loses most of it gambling. He gives his last $50 to the old gold digger Jimmie Breeze. Now broke, Billy hires himself out to Starbuck. Billy falls in love with Starbucks' daughter, Ollie, and is fired when she discovers the affair.
