After her husband's death, Ariel's mother Dana befriends the mysterious Adam. She gets to know him during a grieving course and finds him very charming at first sight. He says he's a nurse, but since the two met, Dana has been getting more and more health problems. She becomes more and more isolated, even from Ariel. He suspects that Adam does not mean too well for her mother and sets out to investigate. When her mother goes missing, she must find out the truth as soon as possible.
