A Case of Libel plot

Based on a 1953 lawsuit. Journalist Dennis Corcoran (Gordon Pinsent) is suing columnist Boyd Bendix (Daniel J. Travanti) for defamation after he called him a communist in one of his columns. Corcoran takes the insult very seriously and has hired a very good lawyer with Robert Sloane (Edward Asner).
