A Cada Lado plot

The construction of the Rosario-Victoria bridge in Argentina is a two-year process. Life changes on both sides of the river. As the bridge takes shape and boys grow up to be teenagers, a mysterious engineer suddenly comes along. A photographer documents the process of change, but no one is prepared for the transformation that will only begin once the bridge is completed.
