Zui Yu Fa plot

On the border with North Korea, the Chinese military police rules with an iron hand. As a result, abuse of power and surreal scenes are commonplace. Even a poor mountain village must strictly adhere to the law. Police raid a home where an illegal mahjong game is going on, casually assault a pickpocket or force confessions.
