Zhizn, Osin plot

The blues is also sung in the Russian countryside. A scrawny man plays the guitar and sings about a prisoner who contemplates his suffering in a cell. Cheerful songs about the sun are also played. Love is also sung about: mother has found a husband for the singer, but she does not want him. After the fifth candidate she accepts, but unfortunately this man does not like her. The inhabitants are portrayed in short chapters such as 'time', 'friends', 'the morning' and 'joy'.
